Process serving

Process serving is the delivery of legal documents to a person or entity. The process server hand-delivers the documents to the individual, making sure that they are delivered correctly and in accordance with the law. Process servers are often used to serve court summons, divorce proceedings, and other legal documents. 

What can you expect?

Documents are served promptly, professionally, and in accordance with any special instruction. Our staff are fully trained and can deliver across the whole of the UK. Our servers will attempt to make up to 3 visits to carry out the serve.

Prices

We can offer this at a one-off fee of £120. There are no hidden extras such as mileage, that has all been calculated into the price.
